His passion for enterprise development has been a driving force throughout his career. His ability to mobilise and strategies with available resources, coupled with his commitment to staying well-informed, has contributed significantly to his ongoing business successes.
Michael's professional journey began with roles at the London Alliance Group and Croydon Council, where he gained valuable experience in logistics, cleaning services, and local government. In 2004, he embarked on a new venture, co-founding a pharmaceutical distribution business. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small shop to a major distribution company with a turnover exceeding GH₵ 35 million. This growth led to the employment of over 50 individuals. In 2018, Michael decided to step down as a Director and sold his interests to pursue a new venture, co-founding Radaaco Chemical Ltd. (which Mohills Wholesale Limited is a subsidiary).
Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Ghana and an MBA in Finance from East London University. His academic background, combined with his entrepreneurial drive and business acumen, has been instrumental in his success.
Michael owns fifty per cent (50%) shares of Mohills Wholesale Limited.
